Advance Directly to Final Level

Enter the Options screen and enter the following code to advance directly to the final level.

Left, Left, Left, Up, Up, Right, Right, Right, Right, Right

 

Extra Lives and Continues

When you are at the title screen where " 1 PLAYER , 2 PLAYER , OPTIONS" is displayed you will want to enter the following code for the ability to select how many Rests and Continues you get in the Options.

R, L, R, L, R, L, A, R, L, R, L, R, L, Y

 

Play on Very Hard Mode

If you beat Sunset Riders on the Hard difficulty mode you will restart the game back at the first level. All of your rest and continues that you had when you finished the game will remain, however, you won't have any powerups that you acquired from the last play through. This time the game is much harder than before and almost all the bosses have more health.

 

Second Chance

If you are playing the game on Single Player and are about to die with no continues left press start on Controller 2 to begin where you left off with a full set of continues!

 

First and Second Players - Play as same character

Start with just one player and choose a character. When you die and the game over screen is played switch to Controller 2 and have them enter the game and select the same character Player 1 did. After you do this then during gameplay Player 1 just needs to press start to enter.
