Spawn Pro Action Replay Codes (USA)
Various Passwords
Invincibility: Hold X + B + A + Y + Start + Select + L + R and press Up(2), Down, Left, Right at the title screen. Spawn will say 'The Eternal' to confirm correct code entry.
Level Passwords
At the title screen, Select the password section and enter the following code to activate the desired level.
