How to unlock Master Class

To reach the hidden Master Class mode you'll need to place first in all 5 courses on Expert Class in any of the different leagues

Unlimited Spare Machines: A96E - A4A4

Start with 5 Spare Machines: D96C - 0F0A

Start with 9 Spare Machines: DB6C - 0F0A
