Unlock the Riddler: While in training mode press Start and you'll unlock the Riddler as a playable character

Character/Stage Select with all weapons: At the Title Screen press Left, Up, Left, Left A, B, Y

Kill all onscreen enemies: When you start a level by using a level select code you'll be able to destroy all the enemies you see on screen by holding Start + L + R.
