Sword Skill Set for Angelo

Swords for Angelo is his second best Skill Set with Bows taking the #1 slot.. With one exception. If you aren't using Swords on the Hero then likely the Swords skill set with Angelo will be a better bet. The reason for this is, when using Swords on both Angelo and the Hero you can't always use your most powerful weapons. You're almost always going to be using your best sword and second best sword until end game when both characters get a different set of Swords.

As for the abilities granted to you with this Skill Set, Metal Slash is fantastic for defeating Metal Slimes - I would recommend putting enough points into this for that ability alone. Falcon Slash is better than a regular attack since it attacks twice, if you choose to put points into Sword this ability replaces auto attack.

 

4 Points: +5 Attack while using Swords

9 Points: Flame Slash - Causes 50% more damage than a regular attack.

15 Points: +10 Attack while using Swords

22 Points: Metal Slash - Has a high hit % against Metal Slime enemies; deals regular damage to all other enemies.

30 Points: +20 Attack while using Swords

40 Points: Falcon Slash - You hit the enemy twice with this attack. Once you get Falcon Slash you should always use this in place of auto attack.

52 Points: Critical Hit Chance Increased

66 Points: Miracle Slash - Attacks the enemy with a regular attack but 50% of the damage dealt is recovered in HP.

82 Points: +25 Attack while using Swords

100 Points: Lightning Storm - A lightning attack that deals 190 - 220 base damage to all enemies.
