Beneficial Cheeses Alchemy Recipes
Aside from the Ice Cheeses and Fire Cheeses you can also make cheeses that heal your party, buff your party, rez someone in your party and debuff your enemies. Keep in mind that the only person who can use the cheeses is the Hero; which makes sense since Munchie is in his pocket!
In my opinion the cheeses on this page are the best ones that you can make for Munchie. The AoE cheeses are good for the first half of the game but they start to fall off in usefulness later on. Highly-Strung Cheese is probably the best one on this list, it works like a Timbrel of Tension and boosts your whole parties tension level by 1.
Cold Cheese Recipes (High AoE Ice-based damage)
Fire Cheese Recipes (High AoE Fire-based damage)
Plain Cheese can be used as a consumable by the Hero only during battle to damage every enemy for 5 - 10 points with fire damage.
Fresh Milk is made through Alchemy, collected from cows you encounter roaming around the World Map or purchased from Argonia when the Bazaar comes to town
Rennet Powder is purchased in Ascantha and Argonia once the Bazaar comes to town
Angel Cheese can be used as a consumable by the Hero only during battle to revive a single dead party member. If two party members are dead, which one it revives is chosen randomly.
Fresh Milk is made through Alchemy, collected from cows you encounter roaming around the World Map or purchased from Argonia when the Bazaar comes to town
Premium Mould is made through Alchemy by combining waterweed mould, red mould and a Yggdrasil Leaf
Yggdrasil Dew is made through Alchemy by combining a Yggdrasil Leaf and Magic Water
Chunky Cheese can be used as a consumable by the Hero only during battle to cast Insulate on your whole party. ?? (Might be single target)
Plain Cheese is made through Alchemy by combining Fresh Milk with Rennet Powder
Magic Water is purchased from the Pickham Casino, Tryan Gully or Dragovian Sanctuary
Cured Cheese can be used as a consumable by the Hero only during battle to heal all party members for 100 - 120 HP.

Hard Cheese can be used as a consumable by the Hero only during battle to cast Kabuff on your entire party.

Rock Salt is found in a few barrels throughout the game and is dropped from some different enemies. Ber, Mud Mannequin, Rockbomb and Stone Guardian all have a chance of dropping Rock Salt
Highly-strung Cheese can be used as a consumable by the Hero only during battle to increase your entire party's tension level by 1.
Super Spicy Cheese is made with Alchemy; combine a Spicy Cheese and two Red Moulds together
Cold Cheese is made with Alchemy by combining Chilly Cheese and two Waterweed Moulds
Rock Salt is found in a few barrels throughout the game and is dropped from some different enemies. Ber, Mud Mannequin, Rockbomb and Stone Guardian all have a chance of dropping Rock Salt
Mild Cheese can be used as a consumable by the Hero only during battle to heal your entire party for 30 - 40 HP.
