Ice Cheese Alchemy Recipes
One of the two types of cheeses in Dragon Quest 8 which can be used during combat to AoE attack all the enemies on the field are Cool Cheeses. The other type of cheese that allows you to cast AoE attacks is Spicy Cheeses. Unlike Spicy Cheeses though, it's easier to make a higher damage dealing Ice Cheese than it is a Spicy Cheese. You can only use these consumables during battle on the Hero, which makes sense since Munchie is in his pocket.
Cold Cheese is better than Super Spicy Cheese, which is the best recipe you can make with the Spicy Cheeses not including the Dragon Dung combination. It deals almost double the damage which makes this the better thing to spend your time on with Alchemy. The best Cold Cheese also does more damage than the best Spicy, but it requires a Dragon Dung which isn't at all common prior to Dragovian Sanctuary.
Cool Cheese is a consumable item that can be used only by the Hero during battle. It deals 10 - 15 damage to all enemies.

Dragon Dung is sold in the Dragovian Sanctuary. Prior to that, you can only get it in certain pots/barrels and as a drop from enemies. Bobonga and Dragurn are the two best enemies to farm for it but it also drops (rarely) from Beelzebuzz, Freeze Fly and Hacksaurus
