In order to accept this quest you'll need to first have completed Van, Interrupted from the same NPC. For this version of the quest you'll be doing the exact same thing that we just did, except now we're going to a new location! The new spot is in the southeastern portion of Duscae and the cargo van is guarded by Voretooths instead this time.

Tip: The Professor's Protege - Yellow Frogs is also in the area and worth doing at the same time.
