Hospital Side Quest - Mega Man Legends

The Hospital Side Quest becomes available after you've obtained the Red Refractor Shard from the Lake Jyun Sub-Gate during the main story. In order to start this side quest you need to speak with a little girl named Ira inside the Hospital's waiting room (pictured above). Many guides online say you can start this quest as soon as Uptown is unlocked but I can confirm that is not the case, Ira will not spawn until after the Lake Jyun Sub-Gate.

For the first part of this quest you are tasked with a little bit of running around. To make things easier for you I have provided you with the 3 steps you need to do in a list format below.

1. Talk to Ira in the Waiting Room; she's the girl in the wheelchair
2. Speak with the receptionist in the main lobby
3. Go through the pink door in the main lobby and talk with the nurse inside

When you talk to the nurse inside Ira's room you'll learn that Ira could be fixed if the hospital had the right equipment. This will give you the story flag required to buy the right equipment for the hospital so that we can help Ira. You'll need a total of 15,000 Zenny to upgrade the hospital's equipment, if you need help with good locations to farm the Zenny check out my Mega Man Legends Money Making Guide.

Once you've collected all of the required money head over to the City Hall part of town and speak with the Mayor inside of City Hall. You'll notice that there is a new dialogue option for you to upgrade the hospital's equipment, choose this and pay the 15,000 Zenny then return to Ira in the hospital to complete the quest.

Ira is found inside of her room and will come running up to you the moment you enter. During your dialogue with her she'll reward you with the Flower Pearl item which is your prize for finishing this quest.
