Twilight Princess - Faron Province Poe Locations
Most of the Poes in Faron Province won't be available until later in the game when you travel back to it to acquire the Shadow Crystal/complete the Temple of Time. There are however, a few Poes which you can find outside of this unique area to slay in Faron Province.
Poe #10 - Starting with Faron Woods in Faron Province
There's 1 Poe for you to find here located in a fallen tree in the center of the purple fog. You'll need to use your wolf form to get here; just follow Midna across a few jumps like you did at the start of the game to reach the fallen tree.
Poe #11 Sacred Woods - Master Sword Location
This Poe is back in the Sacred Woods where you got the Master Sword. In the same area where you pulled the Master Sword from its pedastal you'll find this poe floating around.
Note: You can't re enter the Sacred Grove until much later in the game when it's time for you to visit the Temple of Time. It will be blocked off until then.
Poe #12 Room where you faught the Skull Kid (twice)
This Poe is found in the room where you had the final showdown with the Skull kid while in Wolf Form. In the center of the room you'll find a large destructible boulder which you can destroy. Doing so will release a Poe into the room. Also, if you dig where the boulder once was you can find a cave that leads to a piece of heart!

Poe #13 - In the Sacred Grove/Lost Woods maze

This Poe is found somewhere in the Sacred Grove. Telling you directions here would be too confusing - this room stands out quite a bit compared to the rest of the rooms you run through in the Sacred Grove. Not only that but you'll see the Poe the moment you enter the room. It sounds harder than it is to find this Poe.
Poe #14 - Temple of Time
Note: You will need the Dominion Rod which is the Temple of Time dungeon item to acquire this Poe.
This Poe is found behind a gate that's on the third floor of the dungeon within a large room. There are multiple ways to get this Poe, the first of which is while you're finishing the dungeon and escorting the large statue back to the main room, use him to smash the gate.
Assuming you didn't do it during this the first time you finished the dungeon, you'll need to use the Dominion Rod on the metal statues overtop the fence. Just grab one and drop it into the enclosure onto the switch to open the gate.
Poe #15 - Temple of Time
Note: You will need the Dominion Rod which is the Temple of Time dungeon item to acquire this Poe.
This Poe is found in the room with the two large golden scales; just outside the entrance to the room with the Big Key. He would be pretty hard to miss your first time clearing the dungeon since you would literally have to pass right by him. If by chance you did, fret not!
Our goal is to use the Dominion Rod on all the little metal statues in the room to boost up one side of the scale so high that even when you stand on it - it won't lower. We need to clawshot to the symbol in the center of the room. Once you get ontop the bell-like structure in the middle of the room you can use your Spinner to get across some rails and to the side of the room that the Poe is on.
Poe #16 - Temple of Time
Note: You will need the Dominion Rod which is the Temple of Time dungeon item to acquire this Poe.
The last Poe you can acquire in the Temple of Time is right in the entrance room of the dungeon. In the same room that enter in from The Sacred Grove and that you find the Female Golden Snail in. On each side of the staircase that you find the Female Golden Snail on you'll find Owl Statues which you can move with the Dominion Rod.
Behind one statue you'll find a piece of heart; behind another statue you'll find a Poe to kill.
Poe #17 - Hyrule Field (Faron Province)
The last Poe in the Faron Province for you to acquire is found in the center of Hyrule Field. He's standing right out in the middle of the open nearby where the Golden Beetles are and the Heart Piece is. It's a nice break from the mess of hard Poes in Faron Province so rejoice!
