An Impossible Task - Act 4 Side Quest

Start Location: City of Rhodes
Quest Location: Medea's Grove/Tsakonian Ruins
Objective: Speak with Procne in Medea's Grove then defeat Kallixenia in Tsakonian Ruins; return to Maera in City of Rhodes when done

An Impossible Task is a Side Quest which you can pick up from Maera (pictured above) in the City of Rhodes during Act 4. For this quest you will first need to travel to Medea's Grove, the second town in Act 4, and speak with Procne who will give you the Waking Stone. The Waking Stone is required for the next part of the quest which will take place in the Tsakonian Ruins.

You'll need to take the Waking Stone to the altar in the central portion of the Tsakonian Ruins and place it ontop. Doing this will summon Kallixenia - Liche Queen whom you'll need to defeat. So long as you have decent Vitality resistance she shouldn't be too much of an issue.

Once Kallixenia is defeated speak with her to retrieve her tomb then return to Procne in Medea's Grove and give her the tomb. She'll give you the Curative Elixir as well as an Arcane Forumla, the first part of your reward for the quest. For the rest of your reward you'll need to return to Maera in the City of Rhodes who originally gave you this quest.

Interact with the altar to summon Kallixenia ~ Liche Queen.
