The Warlock's Ring is an Artifact found in the dungeon of Ashirbadon due east of Vivec. Ashirbadon is one island east of Bal Fell, the dungeon with Ten Pace Boots. In order to navigate the dungeon of Ashirbadon you'll need a way to Levitate with your character. You'll also need to be able to open a lock level of 35 to enter the room with Vindamea Drethan, the NPC who has the Warlock's Ring.

If you're a member of the Mage's Guild Ajira's final quest will bring you to this dungeon in search of the Warlock's Ring. She'll let you keep it when you return it to her.
